On 20th March 2024 an open letter on the situation of the judiciary in Bulgaria was sent to Ms. Dunja Mijatović, Commissioner for Human Rights (CoE) and to Mr. Didier Reynders, European Commissioner for Justice.
On 14th May 2024 the Vice-President of the European Commission, Vera Jourova, sent a reply.
