The CEPEJ publishes an evaluation of the judicial systems of the European Union member States

In the frame of a cooperation with the European Commission, the CEPEJ evaluates annually certain aspects of the judicial systems of the EU member States based on the methodology developed within the framework of the cycles of evaluation of the judicial systems. The first part of the CEPEJ study is composed of comparative data tables and comments provided by the CEPEJ national correspondents. The second part presents country profiles based on the selected indicators and contains data analyses. This study is one of the main sources of the EU Justice Scoreboard, which was published on 8 June.
