Sessa<\/strong>, adressed a letter to the\u00a0<strong>CoE<\/strong>\u00a0(Directorate General of Human Rights and Rule of Law) as regards\u00a0a communication under Rule 9 para 2 of the Rules of the Committee of Ministers concerning the execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, asking to take this information into account in the deliberations regarding the execution of the
